The building is Okay. For its price and location it's good. Eunice is prob one of the ONLY ONE THAT IS KIND. Every other staff looks like they have a stick up there buts. If your own job is to provide a rental property to PEOPLE you do not disrespect them continuously. Since I've moved in Matilda has been nothing but condescending, why? Cause I'm Asian and young? I see her go above and beyond, but to myself and Asians i see her act super rude. Eye rolls and condescending attitude is unacceptable. The moment they take your money, your concerns don't matter. Spend the extra few hundred dollars and go elsewhere. If you do decide to look here deal with Eunice! She'll take care of you :) she deserved 5 stars but Matilda deserves 0 stars. I get you guys are busy: but BUSY OR NOT, doesn't your residents Matter?
