Inclusive, diverse, collaborative, and above all - incredibility talented. Playground's team has developed some truly great digital experiences. Their focus on \human design\ rather than simply user experience or user interfaces, brings the team together and focuses them around the long term goal of delighting people with what they create. It's been a long time since I worked for the company and even 5 years later I'm astounded by how their team keeps pushing Toronto design forward.
