Recently took my acoustic to get a set-up and Chino did an amazing job! They quoted me 2-3 days, got a call 4 hours later that it was finished! Plays and sounds amazing, they really treat it as if it was their own guitar. At 60 for a set-up and the quick turn around, I'll be bringing all my guitars here from now on and suggesting this place to all my friends! Great friendly staff as well! I came in to Play Music Inc to look for a capo, ended up chatting with the staff for a bit and had a great experience. They are all clearly passionate about music and on top of that, very friendly. I asked if they had a guitar phone mount in stock and at the time they didn't, but took my name and number down in case they found one. A few weeks later I get a call that they found one and ordered one for me. Not every business will do this for their customers, so I was very touched by their service and dedication. Great store, great staff!
Amazing experience! I went in today to get my first-ever guitar but I'm really happy that I did so at Play Music Inc. Being complete beginner, I was feeling slightly intimidated going into any kind of music shop, but nothing like that at this shop. The staff were very friendly, had such an inviting atmosphere and you could feel their sincerity. I Left the store happy and very excited to start playing the new guitar I have with me now. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and for anyone who is thinking about starting guitar like me.
My super old Larry Adler Chromatic Harmonica needed some repair. Not knowing where to go, I went to the closest music store in my neighbourhood. Not only was Chino at the front desk super helpful when I first called in, but when I came in so we could fix the harmonica, he patiently worked on it with me for 2 hours straight with extreme care and attention to detail. Ultimately, the harmonica was fixed and in perfect shape. Super glad I game into Play Music and had the pleasure to meet Chino and get to know the store as it was my first time in. Can't wait to come back!
Just bought a Yamaha Bb234 bass from them. Amazing service, great prices, they really love what they do and are all down for a good chat. I feel really welcomed. This will be my new music shop!!!
