I was in a pinch for a wedding looking for a scarf to match my dress. The owner was so helpful and so nice. Him and his staff pulled out all the scarves from their back room and let me choose the perfect one. So grateful so their A customer service after being disappointed at Platoes in Kitchener.

EVERY time i come in the staff are chatting with each other and don’t even bother to acknowledge my presence the entire time i’m there until i come to the checkout. i get they’re all young and don’t care but come the heck on how are they ALL like that?? hire some better staff.

Don’t waste your time here. I’ve brought in clothes that are 100% clean, with no dog hair, with no rips that your website said you’re buying and they don’t buy it. Then you look in the store and everything is from wal mart with rips and stains. Sold a pair of pants to them they gave me 2 and sold them for 35. Pllllease don’t waste your time with either Kitchener or Cambridge. Waste of your time and money.

Took some clothes in to hopefully make some but they didn't take anything, apparently they only accept clothing geared towards the younger generation lol guess that means im gettin too old lovely staff, big store! Would recommend this place to a younger crowd
