I was so fortunate to find this place through my insurance company. A large kitchen fire had my family displaced, and our insurance company recommended Platinum Suites. This was an ideal place to stay while our home was being renovated. It is close to everything! The kids loved being so close to Square One, the movie theatre, and Playdium. Platinum Suites have staff on site, and the suite had in-suite laundry and a really nice sized kitchen. Living away from home isn’t easy, but this experience really made things easier on my family.

We booked Platinum Suites when my American cousins came to stay with us for a few weeks last summer. Our house is simply too small to accommodate guests, and Platinum Suites is not only close to us, but right in downtown Mississauga. My relatives enjoyed the pool and gym facilities, but what they loved most of all was the full kitchen. It was so much more convenient for them to be able to make a good breakfast and lunch in their suite. One night, they even cooked dinner in their suite and invited my husband and son to dine with them. I'd definitely recommend Platinum Suites again for their next visit. It was comfortable, affordable and clean.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Platinum Suites twice in both 2018 and 2019 for my immigration trips. First off, booking is direct and quick. Second, the apartments were both spacious, well- equipped, clean and nicely furnished. The support team whenever I needed something were quick in response. I once needed a plumber on a weekend night. I called at 8 and he was there at 9 and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend them for any stay in Mississauga.
