Chanel and her team were phenomenal to work with. This is why you should shop local and support family owned businesses – you can’t get this the level of service anywhere else! She was so helpful and knowledgeable when helping me choose everything for my bathroom renovation. I had no idea what to chose and now that everything is installed, it looks so good (couldn’t have done this without them). Everything was delivered on time. Even though I experienced a small issue with one of the items (nothing big) when I brought it up, she fixed it right away and made it right, they just go above an beyond to make sure their customers are happy! We will definitely will be going back for future home projects!

I want to Express how satisfied I am with my kitchen reno, products and the excellent customer service, I did experience minor details, but Hector and Chanel managed to deliver 100 per excellent customer service. Many thank you to Chanel and team for there professional advise on the colours that would suit my style.I would definitely go back for future upgrades to my home.

Product is good. When I called the store to ask a question, customer service is not very knowledgeable. Owner interrupts when customer tries to explain/complain about something. I like to support local business but I felt like I was being lectured to and was upset after the call...so, apparently was customer service person. Maybe train them to handle upset customers rather than blame the customer? Disappointing...
