This is my first time and would be my last time ordering from them , i placed my order on December 21 and till now Jan. 4, i haven't received my order yet . They didn't reply to my email too. They made me loose 3 jobs because of this delay .

I just popped in to buy plastic pellets for crafting, they had 10lb bags ready for purchase. The gentlemen at the counter were friendly and helpful. I found out I can bring in my own pail and buy by the pound at a great price. First time there and I’m super happy!

Went to talk to the sales team on multiple occasions that have left bad impressions. One instance I was told a product would be brought in for me. I emailed that same day to confirm the details of our talks only to get no reply. A week later I called again to see what the status of the request was to be told they had no intention of ordering my product. Why wasn’t I emailed back with that information rather than make me waste my time waiting for a response that wasn’t coming? After I’d gotten materials elsewhere I returned to then see about the services we’d discussed on the first meeting. Once again I was told no. All talk and no follow through here.
