The staff are friendly so I love coming every Wednesday to pick up my new comics!
Just bought a collectable item from this location. Apparently when they get in collectables, they open them to make sure they weren't damaged during shipping. This instantly destroys the value of the item. I told them I didn't want it because it wasn't worth what I paid for it since they defiled the item. They made me pay to ship it to a different location if I wanted a refund. This place is garbage and not a collectables store. If you want figures or anything like what I was trying to buy, go with a reputable business and stay far away from Planet X.
