Rachel is just lovely and so easy to deal with. She returns her messages swiftly. Made an appointment for pick-up and the transaction went seamlessly. Only one person in the shop at a time, mask... I felt very safe. The bag was in pristine condition and she provided a certificate of authenticity from Entrupy. I had been looking for this specific limited edition bag for a long time, and although it's from 2015, it looks and feels brand new. Every seam, every corner simply perfect! I will most definitely purchase from Plant Deluxe again. Thank you Rachel!!!
