We live in Kamloops BC and had the pleasure of knowing Loretta when she lived here. We had been wanting to renovate our bedroom and ensuite, removing our jacuzzi tub, replacing it with a full length shoer, new vanity and a large walk in closet. We contacted Loretta and outlined in broad terms what we wanted and sent her photos and measurements. Shortly thereafter she sent us detailed plans, and ideas for fixtures and finishes, which our contractor was delighted with, making his work a lot easier.
