Worker there tried to charge me extra on an ingredient that was not a premium topping. When confronted, they said that their own menu sign was not updated to reflect that the ingredient was now a premium topping. I had to pull up the Pizza Pizza app just to show that the topping was indeed non-premium in order to get my money back. They were visibly angry after the fact. Will not be going back for the foreseeable future.

The staff needs to be more welcoming and happy when they see a customer. The PIZZA is same old same old. But I felt I wasn't welcomed. the man at the counter was taking the order as if not interested. Not sure why was this.

I’m only giving this a 2 star review because this has been going on for a few months and this is serious. I live close by to this location and I pass by it almost everyday when I’m out boarding for exercise. Every time I look in the workers don’t have their masks on or if they do it is not covering their mouth or nose. I remember going in about two months ago and being served by a girl who didn’t have her mask on. Another case that happens frequently too is the workers won’t have their masks on and then when they have a customer they put it on. It shouldn’t matter if you have customers or not, you should be wearing a mask at your occupation at all times. When I look towards the back where they make the pizza most to all of the workers were not wearing their mask. I haven’t gotten pizza from that location since because I don’t feel safe going in and ordering or even delivery if I know the workers aren’t wearing their masks!
