currently trying to get they to customer service. been 10 minutes now. placed order on the phone and the operator sent it to the wrong store! i sent my buddy to pick it up and now he has to wait. not acceptable this better be 100% free, and not able to get thru to customer service is not acceptable

Convenient location. Washroom was dirty and server at counter could care less after being told. Pizza itself was partially burnt and dried out with very little flavour. Defihitely not what we expected from this franchise.
Friendly staff, large slice for good price, usually lots of slice choices. I had to post because this chain stocks the best honey-mustard dipping sauce anywhere. I don't know who makes it for Pizza Pizza, but please never stop.
