While at Hotel Dieu Grace, I ordered Delivery through Pizza Hut's website. Online system had a glitch, so the daily special wasn't available. The pizza we ended up getting wasn't to our liking, so I called the restaurant to see what could be done. The gentleman who answered the call was extremely courteous and offered to fix the problem. Order ended up being spot on...5 stars for Customer Service

Had an issue with a pick up order. Order was replaced hassle free. Great communication and help from the manager. I was impressed with the customer service as we've had issues with this location (quite a while ago) and had only started to order again recently. I'm glad things have improved. Thank you again to the manager for her help and even email followup.
Ordered pizza tonight. 65 for cold food over 45 minutes late on time of arrival. Sat in the warmer for 20 minutes and then took a half hour to deliver for a 5 minute drive. Food was so cold literally had to put it back in the oven so me and my family could have warm food. Recommend not ordering from this place unless you are going to pick up. On top of all that they hung up on my wife 3 or 4 times when we were attempting to contact them with our many issues.
Love this place!! Awesome food and always great pizza and wings. Tried their cinnaparts for the first time and it was awesome! Will definitely keep coming back to this place. Recommend this place.
