I ordered a bag and wallet back at the beginning of December. The wallet was sent to me within a few weeks but the purses' shipping information was pretty much locked on Dec. 18. I waited it out knowing how hectic everything is. After having an expected delivery date of the 28th and still waiting for the tracking info to move I contacted Pixie Mood. I have yet to hear from them and really I just want my purse, I qas very excited about it and the wallet is amazing. I just want someone to contact me. *****Edited to add: you can file a dispute with your bank if you never received your product and they refuse to help

Order this item for a Christmas present for my wife. They lost my item during delivery and said they aren’t responsible for lost or stolen items. Terrible customer service! They lost my item and didn’t reimburse me for it. They have no contact number for you to speak with them over the phone and the only way you can get a hold of them is via email where they get back to you every 24 hours. Not a good company to trust ordering online! Do not recommend!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This company has terrible customer service! They never sent me a tracking number indicating my package had been shipped, then when it was delivered I had no idea without the tracking number so the package got lost or stolen. They said they take no responsibility and kept my money! IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS STOLEN FROM THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE NO OWNERSHIP! Terrible terrible company! Thieves!!!

Bought one of the Jane 2-in-1 bags and after light wear had an issue with the ''leather'' ripping at the stitching. the company was quick to respond, i was very surprised when they offered to replace my bag at no charge. I was not expecting anything, just contacted them to let them know if the issue. The colour i had was no longer being made, so they let me pick my replacement colour. Just received my replacement, and i love it!!! Couldnt be happier. Quick to respond and great customer service, will definitely shop with them again!
