Store was spotless. Curbside pick up is great. Only minor complaint would be that the dispenser for the hand sanitizer was a push version....that just means other people have touched it ... An automatic dispenser would be awesome.

I’m so appreciative of how helpful one of the cashiers here were with printing and scanning. I remember one time I had something I needed to get done for the morning and the cashier took extra time editing the document to help me out. On another occasion, I also forgot a document in the scanner and the manager picked up my call after the store was closed and allowed me to come pick it up at night. They’re super friendly here and I’m thankful for how they’ve treated me.
I bought the receipt rolling papers, packag of 24 pieces for 49.99. After that I find out same rolling papers with best quality and amount of 50 pieces for 25.99. I back to Staples and I find out I forgot my receipt, I asked the cashier for return and store credit. Oh... she paid me 10.99 as store credit. I asked for Manager Jennifer Broughton, she was unfriendly and with out explanation she handed me store credit. I asked why you are not paying me my amount she said that's the rules of here and turned off and left me back. How rude such a manager can be!? I asked #staplescanada
They usually have what you are looking for. Price is reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Staff were very courteous and helpful with my online pickup. Staples also offered masks upon entry! Thank you for doing your part in keeping us safe from Covid! Well done!
