My wife and I ordered a door from Pioneer and although the time it took to see completion was a tad longer than expected, the door came out great and the installation was amazing. My wife and I had a salesman come over and take the details for the order around the middle of August. After a week or two of getting the details right, the door was ordered and a deposit put down around the middle of September. It wasn't until November that the door was ready to be installed. Originally the door was the be supplied to us and I was going to install it but my wife made arraignments with Pioneer to have someone install it at a discounted price because of the wait. I kind of half expected to get the "discounted rate" install, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Two installers came out, one on the inside and one on the outside of the house. They put plastic up to protect all the junk at the front entrance while the outside man took all of the trim off. After the door was pushed out, the inside guy trimmed the opening and then slid the new door in. Reused the casing around the door while new trim and drip flange was installed on the outside. Time it took for the whole install was about 3 hours, from handshake to handshake. Kudos to the installers, I couldn't have been more impressed.
