So I'm not sure if this is Pioneer Pools or not. There was not one sign that said Pioneer but the building was covered in cheap fabric signs that said Aqua Bay. So after driving by we realized that the address was correct for Pioneer Pools. We went in and waited in our social distancing line, however the checkout line and the store access line are one in the same. Once we reached the front we asked if we could actually come in and shop now. The woman that greeted us was not the least bit welcoming. She asked us what we were looking for and then let us in. One of the things we were looking for was a dock like advertised on their website. But they don't have docks, they subcontract that out to someone who is apparently down the street , you should see the white warehouse we were told. I think we were sent on a wild goose chase because we never found any place with docks what so ever. But back to the store experience... it was the messiest most disorganized store of any Pioneer Pools I have been in ( mostly their Barrie location which is spotless.) The place is like a catastrophe waiting to happen. Plus every single hot tub was over 7000.00! Every one! So not only is it the worst location, it is also the most expensive. We were looking at spending at least twenty grand but not at this place now and likely not ever. If I could give it zero stars I would. I just feel I should add... it's a month or so later and I have spent 30 grand at St. Lawrence Pools.

Workers did not have the answers to the questions I had. The store was veery unorganized. i would recommend to go elsewhere.
