Purchased the Hot Spot rhythm hot tub. It's awesome and good value for the quality and trust in service. Because of covid the tub came late, but they gave me a complementary step to as a result of scheduling delays. Initial sales experience was great, the sales person left the company, but glad they informed me in advance. I've also purchased a great fire table here. 4.5 starts. Would suggest they establish improved processes/documentation for after sale processes to prevent communication errors, including service partners. Will go back to look at Pioneer's options for my next outdoor home purchase.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. James was great to deal with on the sales side and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ryan’s crew do our install. The did an incredible job and Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. He answered any questions we had along the way and was accommodating to a couple changes we asked to make mid project. He is a true perfectionist which is greatly appreciated when you’re spending a big chunk of money. His entire crew was friendly, professional and did amazing work! Everything from the design to the finished product went smooth and the end result is a beautiful piece of art that our family will enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend Pioneer London if you are considering a new pool!

Shame on us! We had a below average experience with them when we build our pool. However, we still decided to go with them for our hot tub because of how close they are to us. Hot tub was supposed to arrive in November, still waiting. Sales person, Ben, just let our questions sit for weeks, if I don't follow up, I don't get answers. Their customer service is very poor and bordering the impolite. Slow responses, poor answers and some unauthorized charges to my card. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Shopped around London a fair amount before starting the pool install process. Pioneer is not the cheapest around ,but it is definitely a case of 'you get what you pay for'. Very happy with the final product. Matt (Sales) and Matt (install) are great to work with. Very friendly and professional. All the install crews were accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product.
