Friendly staff decent selection.
I tried to access the website and while I could get through to the main site, every attempt to access departments or products came back with a Fatal Error Message. I then tried to call the desk to let them know. ... the phone rang for over 5 minutes straight, with not even an answering machine kicking in. Are you sure you want to remain in business? We can't go down to the store and find things ourselves, your website is broken and you don't answer your phone. What gives? If I could give half of a star I would, because it seems to be only half of an effort on their part.
Dealt with Pioneer twice in 6 yrs both time jobs were a total screw up . Sales people either dont know how to measure rooms and do math at any level . Will NEVER go Back .... stay away
