Steve does a very thorough job and takes his time to explain to the clients so they understand what if any are the big issues and what issues to watch for down the road. His reports are very informative and give the client a reference to look back on over the years so they can monitor situations before they become a bigger problem. Great experience. The inspector was pleasant and easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection, and he explained all noted observations clearly. The digital copy plus on-site printing of a hard copy of the report were received immediately at the end of the inspection, which was great. Other inspections I have had in the past I had to wait up to a week to receive the report. PillarToPost provides an amazing service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
