I bought a home in July and made the error of using pillar to post. I was told my home was move in ready and had to replace the hot water heater within a month due to a leaking valve that was missed and the furnace wouldn't start the first time I used it at the end of September. Once again, my furnace wont work and I am calling my third repairman. I am curious as to how all of this could have been missed.
Duncan is excellent to deal with....very knowledgeable....very thorough in his assessment.....like the binder that was given to us at the end of the inspection with actual photos of the inspection and explanations.
