W O W. everything at Pigeonhole is amazing! The service is phenomenal & food is next level! And the drinks are out of this world! Both Gabe and Taylor are literal bartending Gods There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how extraordinary the drinks are. The Durango Unchained is hands down my favourite cocktail in the city! And the food is incredible! An absolute fantastic experience time and time again! It was an absolute pleasure to have dealt with Mitchell and Emily!

Pigeonhole was my favourite restaurant in Calgary for years. Unfortunately since they reopened after the covid shut down I’m just not loving the revamped menu. I’ve gone twice in the last month and haven’t been wowed. We had the gnocchi last time and while the gnocchi itself was very well prepared, the sauce and bacon bits were sub par. The bacon bits seemed like those that you would shake out of a container to put on Caesar salad. The croquettes were delicious and the sauce on them was amazing. The wagyu burger was so so. Needs something acidic to cut through all the grease. We had the bib salad which was pretty good. And the burrata on toast was good but again, needed something acidic. Cocktails are always amazing, you can never go wrong. My biggest complaint is that they got rid of the charred cabbage. That was hands down one of their best dishes and if you looked around the restaurant everyone would have one on the table. Not sure why it’s been taken off the menu. I will go back to Pigeonhole as i think it’s still one of the best restaurants in the city but likely will not go as frequently as I used to.

Ohhh my God.. Oh my God. That breakfast on X game mode. Oh my God. (Get at that whiskey milkshake and the Chicken Schnitzel) Ben Zak and Emily took delightful care of us as well!

Tonight was amazing! My partner and I have not been out in months, so we came to our favourite restaurant for date night. It exceeded our already defined expectations. Thank you Mitchell for the great night!
