I sent 2 amps and 2 speakers for repair there. The first amp was repaired relatively quickly. The second...they took about 1 month to say to me they can't repair my amplifier because it was too complex and expensive. For the speakers...I called them many times and they had always some good reason to never finishing their job. In the end...after more than 3 months, they called me to explain they can't do anything about them and I had to pick them up.

Amazing staff, I called them because I found a guitar in a old storage unit, I know nothing about guitars so the gentleman I spoke to offered to have me e-mail him my kijiji link and he gave me his opinion on it as far as value. if ever I do need to buy a guitar one day, I know exactly where i'm going!!
