Professional, on time and were able to accommodate me asking to change the appointment date without a problem. They got months old pet urine smell out of Ikea microfiber couches! What can I say? These couches were destined for the dumpster but now I can sit on them again and enjoy them. Highly recommend this company! They won't disappoint!
