The elevator is out of order for more than 4 months! I love this place but unfortunately I can't use the stairs. I wish the elevator will be fixed soon to enjoy the beautiful weather.

Decent little parking structure with access to the park below and businesses. Completely unsecured so park at your own risk. Also it is pricy for no security at 4/hr.
