Having tried every other source for take out Chinese, in our area we are happiest with the quality of this Picton take out! The wait can be onerous but, still worth it. Try to avoid Friday and Saturday from 6 on. That's when you'll encounter issues.

Delicious food
Horrible food: don’t eat here. The other one-star Google reviewers are - absolutely - accurate. One has to try hard to find worse tasting Chinese food.
Food is decent but horrible service vary unfriendly owners. Last time I was in the owner put up a stink about asking for soya sauce for my takeout.
tried the Golden Inn twice . First time we called at 4:30pm and we were told they were very busy and the food would not be ready until 6. This seemed like a long time but it was a Friday and so we figured they were just really busy. We showed up at 6pm as requested and then proceeded to wait for over an hour in the restaurant for the food!! A month later, we decided to give it another go. Unfortunately, it was the same story. Called at 3:30pm asked for pickup at 5 (they didn't sound that busy this time). I even called them on the way to the restaurant to let them know we would be there in 15 min and they said 'OK no problem'. Arrived and waited for another 45 minutes for the food - this time with 2 screaming kids in the car. Multiple people in the restaurant waiting for their delayed orders...not great during Covid times. Overall terrible experience and will not be going back - no respect for your time and the food is average at best (some dishes were very salty).
