This is an excellent gym that hits all the right points: clean, friendly, good variety of equipment, ample space. The shower facilities are private and spacious. Paul, the owner, is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable (he’s also got the scoop on restaurant recommendations). As an avid traveler for work, a gym like this would be a gift to have anywhere I go.
