We dropped in to Del-Gatto Estates on the the tail end of a small PEC wine getaway and it did not disappoint! Our wine steward was so attentive with us and knowledgeable of the history and characteristics of the different wine varietals. His personal touch added to the charm of this small batch winery. We received a truly personal experience which was lacking in some of the other wineries. Great work!

This was my first visit to Del-Gatto Estates in Prince Edward County. A very nice surprise. The wine was exquisite especially the rose. It starts out like a rose but once in warms up it behaves like a red wine. The backyard patio was comfortable and pleasant. They had a three person band playing while a bridal party was enjoying themselves. It was a fun atmosphere. We had a chance to speak with the vintner and he was great to chat with. ️️
I wish I could give the 5 stars, but the day we visited there was only one person taking care of multiple customers for tastings. Understand it's a small winery, but felt we lacked the personal experience of details on each wine and the process put into it. Regardless, the employee did her best to accommodate and was friendly in her service. Great wine nonetheless and will likely give it another try down the road.
Great wine making with a unique selection! We thoroughly enjoyed our rather last minute decision to stop in. We had a great, knowledgeable and warm guidance through the exquisite selection of these hard-to-find wines. The Frontenac Noir was a completely new grape to us - and here the wine of it is made with such care. The vermouth style wines are ones not to miss! Thank you - we will be back!
This winery is small but amazing. They have some really delicious wines and some beautiful sitting space. The staff is so kind and nice, even during this current pandemic. Ive been to this location a few times, and everytime i am greeted with kindness. This is by far my favorite winery in prince Edward country. If you get a chance to check out this location, check out the belle Luna wine. It is amazing!
