Purchased online, they subbed essentially my entire order for other items. Didn't even bother to tell me, just shipped em and hoped I would be ok with that I guess. Luckily my card didn't get fraudulent charges on it yet but I prob need to replace that card. Absolutely abysmal experience with this company, I recommend you stay away. Contacted them to see how they offer to make it right and will update my review when that is completed.

Do not buy online from this company. After placing an order at Waterbridge.net my credit card was hit twice with fraudulent transactions for close to 1,000. A lot of other people are reporting the same problem. The company claims to be conducting an investigation, but it failed to alert customers about the fraud even when multiple people brought up this issue. Buyer beware. The chocolate itself tastes ok but the expiration date is nowhere to be found on the box. So no clue if it's expired or not.
Buyer beware. After shopping at Waterbridge's online store, I received a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I was led to make my purchase from a shopping forum thread advertising a sale, where at least 37 other Waterbridge customers had their credit cards compromised. Waterbridge is aware of the complaints (they have responded to them in the forum thread) but refuse to inform their customers of a potential security breach, allowing them to proactively cancel their credit cards. They also refuse to shut down their online store until the issue is resolved, which would save future customers from having their personal information stolen.
Be careful ordering online from this company my CC was compromised shortly after dealing with them. A quick search online shows this has happened to others as well.
Best kept secret. I used to drive to Belleville or Campbellford, ON to find great chocolate at reasonable prices. But these folks offer similar product as well as sweets, cookies and biscuits all in Pickering. Just visited their Factory Store and left loaded with plenty of sweet gifts for Easter and other occasions. Everything i have seen and tasted about this company impresses me as quality and great customer service. "I'LL BE BACK". lol
