They lie to their clients. Very very terrible service. I went to Pickering Toyota to buy a vehicle. I saw a car that I like in the showroom just right beside me, but the sales person Amirul contemptuously told me it has been sold without saying anything else. After a long conversation, they finally told me there will be a same car arrived at the end of this month. Then we made the deal without any discount, and they also promised that if finance is declined, I can pay in cash. Then I signed the contract and put the deposit to hold this incoming vehicle. BUT today, they told me that finance has been decline, and I have to pay extra 1299 to buy it in cash; otherwise, I cannot buy this vehicle because they can earn more on finance. The manager Martin treats me in the really bad manners. They eat their words and lie to me. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.
I recently had maintenance completed for my work vehicle at the Pickering Toyota. Ivan, one of the service reps there was super helpful in a timely manner. He was able to get me all the quotes I needed on the fly for company approval. He managed getting my company vehicle in the shop and the maintenance done in a day. All in all, Ivan made it a super easy process for me. If you go to Toyota, he's your guy.
Excellent place for my Toyota Highlander for service. I recently had break service done, and the service that I received from Ivan was exceptional! Ivan was very helpful, honest, and accommodating service advisor. He listened to me patiently and gave all the options according to my needs and budget. Thank you Ivan.
