We just had our patio done and we are very happy with the final result. Joe was there for supervision and advice throughout the entire project. The workers were thorough and very professional and the end result was worth the wait.
They just want your money!! Poor service and workmanship. If your try to call after the job for repairs that need to be done they will not return your calls
I had a back yard patio poured by this person almost 2 years ago. I really don't have much positive to review. The color wasn't what we asked for. The stamp pattern we picked with Paul from their catalog wasn't available. They apparently only have 6 stamp patterns and they will only tell you that after they have ripped up your yard and have your money. They workers and the owner swore constantly within earshot of my children and neighbors. I do not recommend Joe and Paul. I wish that there was a 0 star option.
I’ve hesitated posting a review, but after multiple attempts to get my job completed have gone ignored I have to share my experience where I can. For the 80% that was completed the job looks great and if you do hire them and get a finished product you’ll be giving 5 stars. Unfortunately for me once payment was made in full (even when it was collected and we confirmed what still needed to be done) the crew never returned. I messaged the Sales Rep Paul and he apologized and said there were booking challenges due to weather. Weeks passed nothing. Called repeatedly and finally got hold of Joe, he said he will come by and see the unfinished work and the waste his crew left behind, he never showed. I’ve called and emailed and no response. New season I’ve tried again to get the work completed and pay for the sealing plan and still no response. I’m left with an unfinished back patio and front step and all I can do is share my experience and advise to hold back on the final payment until you get 100% completion otherwise you may never hear from them again. UPDATE: I’ve gotten a response and my job has been completed. The work that was done before looked good but now that it is completed and sealed it looks great. I’m updating from 3 stars to 4 for the quality, but having to chase for a year I can’t add the 5th star.
