Absolutely horrible!!! I understand that we are in a pandemic, and it's the Superbowl, but they should have planned to have more staff. There were up to 10 people at a time ( in a confined space ) trying to see where their order was. There was no social distancing what so ever. The people that were there from \ Skip the dishes \ just took up all the space so people could not even see if there food was ready. There should have been staff at the door taking names and checking on orders. Skip the dishes should have been using the other door. After a 49 min wait from my scheduled pick up time, my order was missing items. And, the food i did receive was cold. Zero Stars! I understand that it's not on the two girls working there, it's not their fault. C'mon Management, step up your game!
