Mike was extremely helpful when we needed a new wheel for our RC car. The manufacturer was out of stock, however Mike at Runtime RC was able to find us the wheel we needed along with other parts. I was looking to buy silicone oil - mainly shock fluid - for airsoft and it was out of stock everywhere (ESPECIALLY on Amazon, where prices were wayyy too out of whack). I put in an order for two bottles and next thing I know, I get a call from Mike himself the next morning, admitting in all honesty that he didn't have two of the same bottle in stock, asking if I'd be fine with the one I ordered, and one of an alternative silicone weight. All in all, I strongly appreciate Mike being so frank with me, calling me to inform me there was an issue a solution. Had it been another retailer, I might've gotten an order cancellation by email without much else instead. For that, I can't think of any other shops around that'd go as far to help their customer. Thanks a whole bunch!
