Excellent customer service and very friendly and helpful staff. Always a fine tasty treat. I admire the passion of the staff. Five star rating. The store is in the food court and is accessible by escalator, lift and stairs. The variety of products is amazin and sometimes customers can see the the chocolates being prepared, a truly beautiful scene.

Pickering location. The Indian Lady was so sweet and patient with me as i had so many requests on the order of candy apples for the kids. She cut and bagged each one without complaint. Amazing service, fresh product.
