Very bad experience with the dog groomers today! Groomer explained that our dog was very anxious so she could not finish the haircut and just left our dog looking very unkempt instead of looking clean. We paid 117 for a very disappointing job. Will not recommend to anyone.

A great location and very accessible store at Smart centres on Brock Road. Went there to but some Goldfish for my aquarium few days ago and found out the store is well organized, clean, maintained and managed. Staff here is very friendly and polite. They are very helpful while choosing pets and products. Grooming services for pets is available too. Their adoption centre have good pets to adopt( it is now closed temporarily due to covid-19 situation). Parking is easily available. Curbside pickup us available to assist people and reduce rush in the store. It was pleasure visiting. I recommend this place to everyone.
Big store with a lot of variety of things for pet owners especially dogs. Grooming is service is good, a bit pricey but good.
Online order was canceled (?!) and I was forced to make another order (also online, because of the pandemic) then I called the store. The ladies at this location went above and beyond to make sure the puppy had his food (It was about the Schnauzer food!), so I was very happy! Excellent customer service, super kind and lots of patience! I will always go there!
Came here to pick up a beta (fighting fish) for my kid. The associate I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to explain the different tanks and accessories and the fish themselves. Ending up buying everything I need to get started. Great service!
They never answer the phone. You could call 20 times and never get an answer in any of the departments. Website constantly says they have products in stock but they don't so if you can't get ahold of anyone to ask, you waste time and money driving around trying to figure it out yourself.
I had a wonderful experience here, my mother and I specifically enjoyed the aquarium section, and the fish. We love our fish
The store is always clean and bright. Items are fairly easy to find and arranged in a logical manner. The more expensive things like dog and cat food are towards the front so walk towards the back for cheaper alternatives. Would be nice if things were a little cheaper but the in receipt coupons are usually quite good so keep a look for them. The staff are always cheery and helpful even under the current conditions. And my dog loves the place!
