Fantastic service, very accommodating. Rented an electric guitar and was working late the day it was due back. Gave them a call and they extended the rental and took it back the following day no questions asked. Went in to rent another and the employee that helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He threw in an aux cord for the guitar to use for the month as well. Awesome service, will definitely be coming here when I’m finally ready to purchase my guitar!

Without a doubt the best L&M in the Toronto area. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff make this location always a great experience. If you are looking to take lessons look no further as the instructors at this location are top notch musicians that will help you hone your talent. Not looking to buy just yet, then visit the rental department at this location for very reasonable rates on everything from instruments to complete sound and stage setups for your next gig. All in all I give this music store and its staff 5 stars. Keep up the great work.

Top notch service from Manny & Evan. I traded in a drum set and some other equipment. I got values that I was happy with and they made the trade seamless and easy, especially with how many items I had to trade in. After the trades I purchased a few things and got my bass set up beautifully. Always a pleasure doing business with the Pickering location. Very happy with the service from the staff. We had both our kids take piano lessons for years at the Pickering location. Their teacher’s name was Pam who had quite a reputation as a outstanding teacher. Both of our kids really enjoyed the interest she gave to their lives as well as their lessons. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Long & McQuade in Pickering.

My favourite Long and McQuade location. The kids get to practice piano and drums and they are evolving their skills so fast that I am really impressed. I would highlight and recommend the work of three teachers specifically who are \looking after\ my kids, and one who is teaching me: Cindy - piano teacher - very encouraging and excellent at teaching. Dickson - drums teacher - my kid is progressing amazingly all thanks to him. Jamie - fantastic guitar professor and I must say one of the best guitarists in Canada. If you are lucky enough to find a spot in their busy agenda I highly recommend that you do so. They also schedule a recital every once in a while so the kids are motivated to make more progress and reach important milestones. The photo is from one of their recitals.
