I bought two amazing sports hats from the Pickering Lids store at the Pickering Town Centre today. I bought one Ottawa Senators Sports Hat and a Vancouver Canucks Sports Hat. The customer service was fantastic!!! I was able to try out both hats and the hats fit my head very well as the two hats are adjustable. I highly recommend the Pickering Lids store for their fantastic and amazing customer service and they have a great selection of various sports hats!!! A to the Pickering Lids store at the Pickering Town Centre. Thank you.

We called Lids in Pickering to get a championship hat for the Raptors. They told us they have two left. We asked to put one on hold by the time we drive there from Whitby. They said ok. After driving for about 40 min in traffic they told us they were actually sold out of them since 11 am and we called at 2pm. This was ridiculous the worst customer service ever, they did not do anything to compensate us for the wrong information, the wasted time and gas. Horrible customer service, they were not even apologetic. I’m very disappointed and will never return to them.

Looked good from de outside, there was no one manning it when we passed. Everyone deserves a break, but you're losing potential sales when your one employee has to take their break. Owners should look into hiring more staff.

Small mall location. Decent selection of popular hats. Not much in the way of less common items and no custom emroidery at this location.
