Very poor service. Ordered and paid online. Had to wait in line up with everyone else. Order was scheduled to be picked up at 6:40. When I went in to the store to pick up, my order was not ready. Left the store at 7:30. Skip the Dishes drivers were given priority. The beverages I ordered were out of stock when I picked up the order. Had to rate 1 star just to post review. I believe services rendered '0' stars out of 5 stars

KFC is taking extra care to clean and sanitize while helping customers observe physical distancing, including advising you before pressing the OK button with a pen so you can just tap your card. Delicious meals cooked up safely in the kitchen(regular or spicy) before being served the way you like it by friendly and helpful staff.
1 star really means 0 or even a negative rating. Cyber Monday special, many people have ordered online for pickup. Upon arriving at the store, there were line ups outside and inside. Promised time for pick up (30 min) was not met. People have waited in line for 2 hrs and more to get their online order. There was no system in place, they were taking names of people inside the store. What about the people outside lining up that were not aware of the the name list?? Some have abandoned the store. KFC customer service office not picking up the phone either. A refund is definitely called for.
It's more than 2 hrs and still no food! Why would you offer a deal and not have your staff prepared? Just give us our money back. Seriously.
On the go so picked up some popcorn chicken. I really appreciate that the staff member took the time to wash his hands between processing my payment and getting my drink cups! Thank you Ryan for doing the right thing to keep us all safe!
