Best customer service you will ever experience. Took care of my issue without question. Sent me the part at no cost and then spent time with me on the phone during installation. I Highly recommend JPSM Golf and in particular Charles McLuckie.

Stewart X9F unit is great. The people at JPSM were not at first, for all kinds of reasons that would take too much space to cover off. Joseph contacted me personally and we worked out the issues I had and indicated he would review the customer service protocol with staff. Laudable follow up and commitment

Very nice people to deal with, After a telephone diagnosis (which can be hit or miss) I took my trolley in expecting a 300 repair and was ecstatic to learn it was a simple fuse needed replacing. Because I had a 4 hour drive ahead of me I initially wanted to buy the expensive part and install it later but Andrew suggested he perform a full test to make sure the unit left in good working order, made sense and it not only saved me money but saved both of us countless phone calls and the frustration of not being able to use my unit 2nd time dealing here, first time for a service and tune up, and same impressions both times Beautiful showroom Friendly and helpful staff (all of them) Plenty of inventory Parts in stock to back it up Don’t be afraid to buy one of their products Thanks again Andrew!!! Very knowledgeable about their products. Very friendly staff. Able to discuss current issue with electric golf cart and possible solutions. Highly recommended visit if looking to purchase an electric push cart in the GTA.

Just had one of those outstanding customer experience moments!! My Motocaddy stopped working. We went through the trouble shooting guide and thought that perhaps we needed a new controller. We phoned JPSM Golf and Andrew Nicholls got involved. He walked us through additional problem solving. We emailed him pictures and finally we came back to perhaps the battery had died. We live in a small town on Vancouver Island...with the closest Golf Town being 3 hours away. So finding somewhere to verify that the battery was dead was not easy. Long story..made short....the battery was the issue and a new one is on its way to me. Never in the 3 day process did I hear anyone say, “well...you just need to buy a new Motocaddy”. It was always about trying to confirm the faulty component. I love my Motocaddy and I am so happy that JPSM Golf takes such great care of their customers!!!!
