Very poor customer service, from a loyal customer who has been coming to Grounded concepts since they first opened. I attempted to purchase some rims from them and the price was substantially higher than their competition. In their email quote it directly mentions price matching, of which I’ve provided the information and they was short and snippy with me. Not happy considering I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened back in Oshawa.

Bought my Air Ride kit from this shop. Harp and Nick were very nice and helped me with any questions I had. Upgrading to 3H this year, and the boys already got my parts in within 2 weeks. Love this shop!

Built a few diff cars with GC currently working on my 2010 cobalt . Very friendly / family like people . Always quick to respond with answer s to my questions and very helpful when I'm ordering my parts to make sure I order the best part for what I'm looking for . This place is great. They helped my girlfriend with her after market lights. Fixed wiring issues and helped huge. Its hard to find a place that doesn't try to deep dive your pockets.
I've been meaning to leave this review for awhile but it completely slipped my mind. Great service from Team GC. I've had my car fully wrapped by them and a wing installed and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Jamie was great in his communication throughout the whole process and their friendly staff answered all my inquires throughout my business with them. Looking forward to their boxing day sales!
