As I have learned, most employment agencies post fake/non-existing jobs to get diligent job seekers to send in their resume. Express Employment Profs. - Pickering is exactly this. I responded to a job posting with my resume, received an email, voice mail and even a text message stating my qualifications are exactly what their client is seeking and I'd be a great fit with the company. They asked to respond ASAP which I did. Made a phone call with no answer at the office, so I left a voice message and also responded by email. NEVER heard back. Not surprising. The person who contacted me was Simranpreet Kaur. A real professional...NOT. I advise anyone responding this employment agency, you are just wasting your efforts and use your time more beneficially by working with reputable employment agencies. To me, this place is a joke.

Excellent experience with these guys. I have obtained 2 full time positions from this agency within the past 13 years. First one I was hired on within a couple months then was let go due to downsizing, went through second career and got another job through them in which I was hired on. Would recommend to anyone in need of a job!

Irony is the recruiter don't have any idea of construction industry which he (Sinth) was interviewing me for and he was promising me to get a job. Highly inexperienced and unorganized staff. You are getting a phone call and interview confirmation email from someone (Victoria) and that person is not present there, and you end up giving interviewing to someone who has zero knowledge relevant to your field and industry. Well, initially I thought I have applied for a Senior role and when I showed up there I was told to fill out big pile of papers and questionnaires which took around half an hour, and all these questionnaires have literally nothing to do with the role I applied for, they were all for temp. labour work. Hope this review will be helpful to others and Express Employment Professionals to train their employees and enhance their skills before putting them as an interviewer.

Hardly any \professionals\ there unlike what they claim in their name. Have you apply, send your resume numerous times, have a phone interview, then go to their office for an interview and be given a bunch of paperwork, tests to fill out until you meet with someone other than the person you were told you were to be meeting with. The guy there they have doing interviews, Sinth is snake-like actually, arrogant and unprofessional in how to talk; unlike the name they use for their agency! Asks for so much in terms of expectations for availability compared to what the pay is and the excessive reference screening they're asking for considering they're a staffing agency! They make up all that stuff only to set you up for disappointing waste of your time and flat out ghost you. Don't waste your time with this agency.
