There was a strong draft coming from my living room window. My heating bills continued to go up, especially with the ice storm we had the winter of 2013. I've tried DIY jobs, plastic wrap insulation (with the hairdryer), and still the house was frigid. Being a single female, having no knowledge of what type of job was required, nor what it'd cost, I was worried about being overcharged by contractors. I had these guys do 3 bay windows in my house, and I couldn't be happier with them. My wife and I shopped around a lot, and we considered a DIY project as well. I'm sure glad we didn't. From the start to the end of the project Thermal Edge did not disappoint. Order lead time, and installation was exactly what the sales department said it would be, they communicated with us and gave us status updates during the process. The budget never waivered, and was the project was very competitively priced and completed on time. They even took the time to do a nice trim, and ledge for our new windows which I was not expecting, but very grateful for. My wife loves them, she is happy, and I am happy.
