This is one of my favorite places to be on my day off. Wonderfully organised. Inventory is kept pretty accurate and up-to-date. One of the best things about this place is that they constantly try to improve their service. From adding new loyalty features to building new structures for better service, being there is always a treat. If you do go there for your salvage part needs, please be courteous and don't damage the cars while you're extracting your part.

I keep ending up finding myself coming here to get something else for my car. I really like how organized their yard is and how clean it is compared to other similar auto wreckers in town. On top of that the pictures on their website the inventory of vehicles. highly recommended.

I had a terrible experience at pick N pull today. It started two days ago when I went there to purchase a spare tire carrier. I got the carrier but did not take the little piece to wind the carrier. I went back to pick N pull today to get the little part with my receipt from two days ago. I tried to tell the little short guy that was working behind the counter that it was a piece of the part that I had purchased two days ago and that I was willing to pay a little more money if needed be. He told me that that’s is just too bad and that I would have to pay for the whole part again. At first I thought it was just joking but he was very serious. I had to pay for that part again to save an argument. At that point I just wanted to leave. The part wasn’t very expensive, just a little over 20 but having to pay for the same part twice is just very poor business in my eyes. I gave them one star because that’s the lowest I could give if I could’ve given zero stars I would’ve. You would never be treated like that at Bucks auto.

Used to be a much better place. Now things are harder to access. Not organized like before. Super disappointed

The part i needed was there, but the way they support the vehicles made it nearly impossible to remove. If that "stand" was just a few inches further back, i would have had no problem. I could have borrowed a hoist and tried to drag it through the snow to the vehicle, but these hoists are extremely heavy and too much for just one man to move. I got lucky, and another customer helped me. But pick n pull staff? Nothing.

Good place to get parts at mostly reasonable prices. Check online to see what's in the yard. Sometimes they way the cars are handled causes damage, you'll never find a pristine Ford Flex door, for example. The batteries are removed, and the fuel tanks punctured, so if the model you are after has power accessories, you're not opening locked doors, or moving power seats in the yard. Also they have taken to removing almost all of the tires before putting the cars out in the yard, so it's become much harder to get just one, or even find the rims from a particular vehicle.

Sold them my old car today. The tow truck driver who picked it up, walked right up to me without a mask on, I had to step back away to not come within six feet of him. When I asked him to put on a mask, he was visibly annoyed at me and put one on only over his mouth. I then asked him to wear it properly over his nose, he complied but got even more visibly angry at me. After he put his mask on I was able to approach to hand him my registration and license etc. He also commented “just for your information, if you stay 6 feet apart, masks don’t do anything” in a angry and snarky tone. I don’t know how he expects me to come close enough to hand him my documents and stay distanced... Overall it was terrible experience with this driver. I would hope this is not representative of the company as a whole. I have reported this incident to Alberta Health Services.
