Disgrace to Steinway. I've spoken with some seniors managers of steinway & sons, they welcome anyone to discover the steinway sound, which is not the case at Bolduc. If you're not a serious buyer, they'll invite you to the exit. Yes, it's a store, if you don't want to buy anything, you should leave, however I've never seen such money hungry people in any other Steinway dealers neither at any world renowned piano brands' dealers.

Service après-vente médiocre, extrêmement irresponsable. Avant d'être dépositaire de Steinway, Mme Lord critiquait et donnait sans hésitation des commentaires très négatifs contre Steinway. Une fois devenu le depositaire, cette dernière inventait tout pour vendre Steinway. En pratique, Steinway New York est un produit de mauvaise qualité. La gamme Boston et Essex sont des pianos fabriqués en Indonésie avec des matériaux de qualité douteuse. Allez plutôt à Piano Vertu, le propriétaire est beaucoup plus honnête et humble pour vous aider. J'ai changé 3 fois de piano et Piano Bolduc est à éviter à tout prix.
