I was on a mission in search of digital piano . I had done quite a bit of research prior to the city trip. I had started my journey initially intending on getting a Yamaha for the sole reason I am just getting back into this after 30 yrs of not playing regularly (at all other than a tinker here and there in places that had keyboards where I was out shopping ) Well, my mind was blown when I went in here. The pianos in general were gorgeous. I had printed off the information on the Roland F701 a few months back (put on my vision board) but never thought anymore on it as I didn't think I should get that given the loss of skill over the years . I had never heard one played either so I truly had no comparison from what I was familiar with but the sound on this F701..WOW! I had the most informative, amazing experience that has made my decision sound. Brent was just fantastic!! We had a great conversation and his knowledge is priceless. He is so talented and when he played ....it resonated in my soul. I strongly recommend going here even just to experience the amazing service and appreciate the talent within. Our family had played on a keyboard for a few years- and it was defiantly time to move up- but we had no idea what we needed. Brent was the first person we talked to and we were super impressed- but we thought we better look around. We carried on to all the \piano stores\ and no one- and nothing compared to the sound of the Roland- so we went back- and back many times contemplating. We are sooo happy with our piano. Brent is passionate about his work and it shows. Total pleasure from first time in the store to pick up.

Went to the piano Center to look for a digital piano. Brent helped us understand all the different aspects of the different models and we ended up with the perfect piano. No sales pressure, and a fun atmosphere. He didn’t try to show us what we didn’t want which is a big plus. Also, we got to listen to some great piano playing as he demonstrated all the options. If you’re looking for a piano, do yourself a favour and make the Piano Center one of your stops.

We wanted to buy a piano for our 7-year-old child to start, but we don't really know too much about piano. When we got to piano centre, luckily , there was a representive Ernest who also could speak chinese. He was very patient and knowledgeable of piano. He gave us a lot useful information about piano. Accoding to out budget, he recommended essex123s to us. Afer some online research comparison of essex123s and yamaha u1, we made the final dicision to buy essex123s the next week. That was a really good experience of getting our first piano in piano center , and thanks again to representive Ernest help!
