I have been going to Physical Therapy One in North York for a while now , and the recovery process has been just remarkable ! They make use off all the technology around them , appointments are kept on time , even during hard times like COVID , I feel super safe going to get treatment done as they have taken all the correct protocols ahead of time. Amazing service ! Super friendly staff and just want to say Shajicaa Sivakumaran thank you for all you have done !!

Was able to get appointments easily that fit with my schedule, I felt safe and felt that they followed public health protocols, and billing was a breeze. Shaj is great and really treated my injury - she suggested exercises I could do after finishing my physio sessions to help strengthen the area so hopefully I won't need to come back again for a while! :)

I have been going to this place for over two months. The team is very excellent and kind! I never thought I would enjoy Physiotherapy before. I had the pleasure of working with Shajicaa, and she helped me keep up with my exercises. Shajicaa is very professional and knowledgeable, and she is the best physiotherapist I have had so far. I would definitely recommend this place!
