Reasonable pricing (around 125) for their unlimited in-studio package, and our photographer Lacey was great! 5 adults, a toddler and a 10 month old and they were able to get us through all of our poses in a timely matter. Very friendly and professional, and great with the kids! The photos look great!
It was an awesome shoot. All digital now and got some amazing shots in our session. Will definitely be back
Went in over two weeks ago to get photos taken. Still haven’t received them after being told they would be in inbox within 24 hours or “usually earlier”. While we waited to see the photos that were even taken I watched awkwardly as people walked out because it was taking so long for editing. Found out through multiple phone calls that they had gotten my email wrong twice to send the paid for photos to me despite supposedly checking it, and this was after we already established they had spelt my last name wrong in a very off way. Was told they had to call higher ups to change my email address last week and never got a follow up from Lacey even though she told me she would call me that afternoon to confirm. I keep being pushed towards getting a CD instead but I keep telling them I only want the digital files like I had paid for- really don’t want to go out of my way when it is a simple fix. Beyond not impressed.
Had a great experience getting our Christmas photos done. The photographer was excellent with my toddler and we got some great shots!

Really really bad Customer Service... came in and got told to come back in 30 minutes, which I did. After 30 minutes I went back and sat there for another 30 minutes.... 1 hour and I felt like a paint because the lady working didn't noticed my presence and kept editing personal photos with another lady, even though I paced around for a significant amount of time. After I stood up to go to another place, she finally told me "it's going to be another minute and I'll be there with you" like really!!! I only wanted passport photos.
