Poor customer service, staff have to work in tech as well so not readily available. If they are with a customer in tech you could have quite a wait, and your help is rushed so they can get back to their other department. The machine I used last to print my own pictures was out of receipt paper so I called them for help and he said it's fine I just can't ring you through the cash til the pictures are printed and walked away. I am sure it would not have taken long to put in a roll of paper. And of course I had to call them again and wait for service when my photos were done after I told him I only had a few coming out anyway. Frustrating. It used to be excellent when they had staff specifically for that department.
