I have been using Photobook for many years to do trip books, annual photo albums, gift books, etc. I have rarely had an issue with anything and am very pleased with the quality of my projects and speed at which they are delivered. I had several vouchers for books that I was unable to use (my own fault, I chose the incorrect size). After speaking with a rep from Photobook, she converted it all to a credit on my account and was very helpful in general. I regret not remembering her name, but fantastic customer service.

Really enjoy Photobook Canada. Printed an 11\ x 11\ image-wrap book w slipcover, about 80 pages. The slipcover is very well made. The photo book is excellent production quality. Good paper. Good bindery. It feels substantial and is well-made. Image and print quality are very good too. Shipping time is also pretty efficient considering it's made in southeast Asia and delivered to Toronto in good time. The Canadian reps Kevin and Erica were very helpful; Kevin responded to my inquiries by phone and email in a timely way. Erica was friendly and helpful. The promo codes and vouchers are very helpful in keeping the project affordable. Am already working on my next PhotoBook Canad project and hope to use them in the future.
