I decided to come here solely based on the reviews. You hear about so many places that upsell and overcharge you for repairs, so deciding on a place was very difficult for me. I came to get my OnePlus 6 screen fixed, and on my initial visit, they informed me that they didn't carry my screen parts in stock. They advised me on where to order my parts and to bring them in and they would be happy to install it. I ordered to parts in, but Sam (technician) informed me that I ordered the incorrect parts (somewhat - casing and screen Vs just the screen). Sam could have easily turned me away and told me to come back with the correct parts, but he told me to leave the parts there and he'd try to work on it (it would take significantly more time and labor to do so with the parts of ordered). Long story short, I returned and he was able to fix it, and didn't charge me more for what had to be done. I later returned because a button was not working, which he gladly took a look at and replaced for me free of charge. Overall I had a great experience, and have no issue recommending this company and Sam for any of your cell phone repairs needs. The gentleman working at the front also has exemplary customer service skills. Thank you!
